This adorable cheese knife is part of the $18,000 Cheese Dish set, but has proved so popular we have been persuaded to sell it separately.
The whole knife—including the blade is solid sterling. Most cheese knives have stainless steel blades, but we did not want to use an inferior metal—and besides, this silver blade cuts through even the hardest Parmesan cheese. The eyes are inset with two natural rubies and the mouse is modeled in a charming manner with his two front paws up to his mouth—just as if he is finishing off the last piece of cheese.
